02:56 pm - How this is a restart (Or what you in essence need to know)
I'll be short and give this in brief little bullet points to make things clear:
Scott is an Original Character.
He's an original character reboot of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) captain_torch pb wise and story wise. Story wise because rather then six I decided that it would be easier to have four horsement of the apocalypse (Heh. Heh.). Scott apocalypsesign, Leonard Starkley carsellinglion, Kyle Carter, and Regina Sanchez while focusing on city government and their efforts to curb people having abilities in their neck of the woods.
As of this, Scott has gained his ability. (Fire Control) discovered that it can't be used for good and is trying to accept that he's a good person basically being told that he has to be evil.
This does not make him the most social individual. He feels the open contempt for human life strongly boys and girls. Not that he wants to, it's a side effect.
What happened/is happening to him is genetic in origin, but to those of you with magical puppets, both he and Leo will give off an incredibly strong magical aura of DO NOT FUCK WITH ME OR I WILL HURT YOU.
By all means, fuck with the guy. I am more then open for RP and shinanigans.
